Justin A. Holcomb, PhD
I am a broadly trained anthropological archaeologist who has developed a specialty in geoarchaeology with a focus on human-environment interaction. My current my research examines human migration, movement, and mobility, especially in the context of the peopling of new landscapes.
Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Kansas Geological Survey. I received my doctoral degree from Boston University's Department of Anthropology in May 2020, and am a former Predoctoral Research Fellow at the Malcolm H. Wiener Laboratory for Archaeological Science with the American School of Classical Studies at Athens (2017-2019).
